As millions of vaccines are beginning to roll out, many companies have their sights set on resuming meetings and events. With that, clients look to us for guidance and answers on the re-opening guidelines in cities/ states that are on the docket for their next meeting. Although we try to keep our finger on the pulse of what is happening in our industry, rules and regulations are so different across the country and destinations are reopening at different paces based on case rates and local policies. Thus, it’s virtually impossible to keep track of it all!

This web browser “favorite” provides a one-stop-shop to keep abreast of reopening timelines and guidelines for group gatherings on a state-by-state basis. Notably, open states are seeing group business return and companies are moving meetings from states where gatherings are prohibited to locations where they can gather safely sooner than later.

Updated daily, it includes the key data you need to know about travel restrictions, quarantine and vaccination requirements, and other helpful insights like who can enter, infrastructure impacts, and what attractions are currently open.
