Here we grow again: Dayna Robins joins the SSS team!
/A big silver lining of the pandemic for Site Selection Services is that we’ve been able to deepen our talent pool with the addition of new team members. We are thrilled to introduce you to Dayna Robins, now serving as a Global Account Director from her home base in Boise, Idaho. Dayna brings her 15 years of hospitality experience and proven sales success with Destination Hotels – A Hyatt Lifestyle Brand.
A Brooks Institute of Photography graduate, Dayna discovered her love for event planning at Royal Palms Resort in Phoenix while completing BEOs as a Catering Coordinator and soon ran the show as Conference Services Manager. Three years later, she was promoted to an Executive Meetings Manager at Terranea Resort. In her seven years at Terranea, Dayna was a constant Pacesetter award recipient, exceeding her goals and contributing to winning Sales Team of the Year in 2015. She was promoted from an EMM to Senior Sales Manager along the way. In 2016, Dayna accepted the role of Director of Group Sales at the Motif Seattle, where she honed her management skills overseeing a team of seven. In this role, she was passionate about supporting her team’s growth through a “strength based” leadership approach, which led to great success against some ever growing goals.
When not at work helping her client’s plan their next unique event, you can find Dayna spending time with her adventurous family. Her husband Kevin, children Zach and Layla and Aussiedoodle Pixel are always ready to head out on a fun-filled family excursion! Her crew can be found camping, backpacking, skiing, snowshoeing and exploring Idaho via ATV. As if her plate weren’t full enough, Dayna is a Girl Scout troop leader and soccer coach.
This “Superwoman” who lives life to the fullest embodies the Site Selection Services ethos and we’re thrilled to have her on our team!
