Incentive Trips Reimagined.

Incentive Trips Reimagined.

One of our clients had an international incentive trip booked for 500 guests in early 2021. Given the current circumstances, they asked us to come up with an alternative way to reward their employees’ hard work and dedication without requiring international travel or large gatherings. Their overall objective of the incentive trip didn’t change—making employees feel appreciated and valued. What did change was how we approached their traditional big group trip format.

Our team developed a menu of themed individual incentive trips so the employees who achieved their goals could still be treated to a memorable, luxurious travel experience with their plus-ones.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Turn lemons to lemonade.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month and there are many fundraisers happening right now to help fight childhood cancer and support those affected by the disease.

We are big fans of the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, which offers several ways for children, businesses and individuals to host their own fundraiser. It’s especially sweet that kids can help other kids by simply running a lemonade stand—that’s how the fundraiser was started by, Alex, a four-year-old girl who held a childhood cancer fundraiser in her front yard, as she herself was battling cancer. She passed away in 2004 at the age of eight, having helped raise more than $1 million to help find a cure for the disease that took her life. Today, Alex’s family and supporters around the world remain committed to continuing her inspiring legacy.

Prioritize Wellness. Find peace through Meditation.

Prioritize Wellness. Find peace through Meditation.

We’ve always been big believers in wellness—it’s a huge part of our team’s lifestyle. Of course, during these pandemic days, prioritizing wellness is especially critical. It’s all about maintaining a sense of balance and optimizing physical and mental health.

When gatherings resume, we hope to see wellness playing a bigger role in meetings beyond sanitization and social distancing measures. We think attendees will have a greater appreciation for thoughtful touches like nourishing cuisine, fitness programming and mindfulness offerings.
